I can hardly remember what the old master bath looked like–the new one is awesome!

We undertook a significant remodel of our mid-county ranch. (1) Full basement build out to include a kitchen, full bath, a bedroom and living space; (2) combined 2 bedrooms and added a new bath; (3) new exterior roof extension to create a covered patio; (4) master bath remodel; and (5) mud room remodel to add cabinets and counter for laundry. Kevin Franklin of Home Matters was with us from planning thru clean up. He and the subs he hires are quality people. We were very comfortable with them in our home. They were timely and continually conscience about keeping the work areas as clean as possible. They left everything in good shape at the end of each day. HIGHLY recommend this company.

Quality workmanship. Every job is a custom job with Kevin, obviously, but the quality of materials and detail he put into my addition makes it difficult for our guests to know where the 1940’s home stops and the addition starts. It is all seamless! Who says they don’t build ‘em like they used to! I’m looking forward to my FOURTH project with Kevin and HomeMatters!
